With over 20 years of executive experience across professional services, multi-unit operations, and financial management, Todd brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to the firm’s mission of serving Oklahoma families with integrity and care.
At Rischard Elder Law, Todd oversees firm-wide operations—from budgeting, performance tracking, and infrastructure development to team leadership and strategic planning. He has implemented systems that enhance efficiency and transparency, including Clio Grow, OneDrive, and customized revenue dashboards. Todd partners closely with the managing attorneys to align firm growth with client service excellence, digital presence, and long-term sustainability.
Before joining Rischard Elder Law, Todd held senior leadership roles in finance, operations, and franchise management with organizations such as Salient Global, Subway Market Operations, and Sonic Drive-In Corporation. His background in organizational transformation and process design has consistently helped teams scale with precision and accountability.
